This guide explains how to create a new user in the system and configure their information.

Steps to Create a User

  1. Access the Settings - Users Menu
    • Navigate to the "Settings" section in the main menu.
    • Select "Users".
  2. Create a New User
    • Click the "Create a User" button.
  3. Fill in User Information
    • Last Name: Enter the user's last name.
    • First Name: Enter the user's first name.
    • Phone Number: Provide a phone number.
    • Extension: Add an extension if applicable.
    • Email: Enter the email address that will be used for login.
    • Title: Specify the user’s job title or role.
  4. Configure User Settings
    • Language: Select the user’s preferred language.
    • Permission Level: Assign a permission group appropriate to their role.
  5. Add a Profile Picture (Optional)
    • A profile picture can be uploaded.
    • It will be displayed in the interactive submission under the contact information section.
